FireRock Products (“FireRock,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit firerockproducts.com (the “Site”), purchase products online, request a quote, sign up for our newsletter, or otherwise interact with us.

3. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:
• Authorized Dealers: If you request product information, a quote, or installation assistance, we may share your contact information and project details with one or more authorized FireRock dealers so they can respond to your request.
• Service Providers: We share information with third-party vendors that perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing, order fulfillment, shipping, website hosting, analytics, email delivery, and customer support. These providers are authorized to use your information only as necessary to provide services to us.
• Business Transfers: If FireRock is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information when we believe in good faith that disclosure is required to comply with applicable law, legal process, or a government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of FireRock, our customers, or others.

Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our Site. Google Analytics collects information such as how often users visit, what pages they view, and what other sites they visited prior. We use this information solely to improve our Site. Google’s ability to use and share information collected by Google Analytics is governed by the Google Analytics Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on, available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Most web browsers allow you to control cookies through browser settings. If you choose to disable cookies, some features of the Site may not function properly.
We do not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.
5. EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS
If you subscribe to our newsletter or opt in to receive promotional emails, we will send you product updates, promotions, and other marketing communications. We use a third-party email marketing service to manage these communications and store subscriber information.
You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in any marketing email or by contacting us using the information below. Even if you unsubscribe from marketing emails, we may still send you transactional messages related to your orders or account.

Online purchases made through the Site are processed by a third-party payment processor. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
